Customer Service And Other Reviews!!!

This site will be all my gripes and complaints of customer service and the like. It seems like this has become a big deal around my house lately. WHERE HAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE??? If anyone can find it, please let me know so a I can go get some. Seems to not exist around me. Don't get me wrong, I am not really a pessimistic person, just a realist. If I happen across good service or products, I will definitely post about it. Hopefully this won't be all bad news. I might even start out with a good review (after my initial blahg here).
